Taking inspiration from Bricia Lopez’s method for making her LA-style carne asada, Chris tries to make it in a slow cooker instead of on a grill. He uses a chuck roast and lets it cook low and slow in the marinade, coming away with something similar to Carne en su Jugo (“meat in its own juices”), which is absolutely delicious and very easy!
