On Apr 13, 2024, Marc Lamont Hill debated sports columnist, podcaster, and former football player, Jason Lee Whitlock (@realjasonwhitlock)on his show “Fearless with Jason Whitlock”. Hill went on Whitlock’s show to further explain his stance on O.J. Simpson, saying in a tweet that Simpson’s “acquittal for murder was the correct and necessary result of a racist criminal legal system”.

Whitlock disagreed that America’s criminal justice system is inherently racist.
