Grab your kettlebell and join me in this 10 Minute Single Kettlebell workout. There are no repeats in this high intensity, strength based workout with plenty of compound exercises to give an overall body workout.

Each exercise has 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest and as there are no repeats you only have to go through each exercise once!

🏋🏼 Pick a weight that challenges you and if you don’t have kettlebells you an switch them in for dumbbells.
